Job Description
My client, a global financial services team seeks an Operations Assistant in their finance team. This client offers their clients secure and efficient cross-border payment solutions. This role calls for someone who has a keen eye for detail, is exceptionally well organized and who takes great pride in the manner that they deal with clients and managing financial transactions. Responsibilities:
Accurately process cross-border payments Verify payment details, ensure compliance with all regulations Monitor payment queues, resolve payment-related issues Reconcile records of all payment transactions Prepare reports and summaries of payment activities Respond to client inquiries Assist clients with payment-related questions Work with the Case Management team to effectively address client needs Implement and maintain compliance procedures and controls Conduct regular audits, ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines Streamline processes and reduce errorsRequirements:
Minimum of a completed Bachelor's degree or diploma in finance, accounting or business Previous experience in a financial services or banking environment, ideally within payment / transactions operations space Strong MS Office (Excel) skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Good team player Able to work effectively in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environmentPlease note that if you have not heard from us within 2 weeks of your application, please consider it as unsuccessful for this particular role.
