Compensation: $90,000 - $125,000 / year

Partner with your peers and leaders to make a lasting, positive impact on society through some unique projects affecting our clients and our communities.   Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic Operations Assistant who will report directly to the West Area Leader along with assisting two other department leaders and our business development manager. This role is a blend of operations and executive administration.

Responsibilities:Calendar Management: 
•Meeting Scheduling, Preparation and Coordination
•Preparing meeting agendas, taking minutes, and distributing follow-up action items. 
•Creation of PPT slide decks for meetings/ presentations

Event Registration/ Coordination:
•Association Event/ Conference/ Travel Coordination
•Assistance with Employee Reviews/ Goals

Leadership/ Operations Organization:
•Maintaining and organizing West leadership files and folders

Data Generation and Reporting:
•Consistent generation of sales pipeline, delineating by market sector and practice line 
•Organization of company master contracts with critical information
•Generation of Project Delivery worksheets with project budgets

Social Media/ Good News Communications Lead
•Work with marketing to identify good news to share to team, in addition to post to Social Media

Accounting Assistance:
•Expense sheets 

Qualifications:•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
•Excellent organizational and time management skills
•7 or more years of administrative and operations experience supporting high level leaders
•Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
•Strong written and verbal communication skills
•Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
•Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
•Basic understanding of engineering consulting principles and terminology (preferred)
