Document Management:
* Administrative Assistant will prepare, review, and update various documents, including investment-related emails, fund capital statements, capital calls, management fees, distributions, and subscription agreements
* Ensure all documents are accurately formatted and error-free
Data Management:
* Maintain and update client and investment databases
* Track and report on various investment activities and cash flows
* Ensure accurate record-keeping and documentation of transactions
Client Support:
* As an Administrative Assistant, you will assist with client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
* Facilitate the collection and distribution of investment statements and reports
* Handle portal access and troubleshoot any access issues
Project Assistance:
* Support ongoing projects and initiatives, including investment transfers and new investments
* Collaborate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met
* Provide administrative support for special projects as needed
