JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

Assist Area Director of Operations with day-to-day tasks and signing off on the completion of residence hall rooms by vendors - Assist in the oversight of cleaning and painting vendors - Assist Campus Housing maintenance teams - Perform quality control assessments of residence hall rooms - Conduct key audits - Assist in other projects as needed and other duties assigned by the Area Director of Operations

Summer Conference runs from May – August.

This role requires the availability to work nights and weekends.

Preference is given to current University of Kentucky students/employees.

Additional Compensation:

Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including business requirements, prior experience, current skills and geographical location.

Corporate Positions: In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in an annual bonus program based on individual and company performance.

Onsite Property Positions: In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly bonus programs.
