Description
We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Operations Associate in the Freehold, New Jersey area. The role will primarily focus on optimizing business processes, enhancing operational efficiency, and ensuring the seamless execution of day-to-day activities within our organization. The Operations Associate will be a key player in coordinating various operational projects, managing logistics, and providing support across different teams to meet business objectives.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in the execution of various projects related to operations, ensuring that timelines and goals are met efficiently.
• Handle administrative tasks, including organizing meetings, preparing reports, and managing communication for the operations team.
• Support in streamlining operations processes to improve efficiency and productivity within the department.
• Maintain precise records and databases related to operations, such as performance metrics, production schedules, and shipping details.
• Coordinate with different departments, including logistics, marketing, and finance, to ensure smooth execution of operations.
• Manage customer inquiries related to operational matters, including order status, returns, and product availability.
• Track inventory levels, process orders, and liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods or services.
• Support the monitoring and inspection of products or services to ensure they meet quality standards.
Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Proficiency in business operations and operations support.
• Proven experience in a similar operations role is desirable.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of project management principles and practices.
• Proficiency in using business software, including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Ability to adapt to changing business environments and handle multiple ongoing projects.
• Commitment to maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
