Create and facilitate a warm, inviting, hospitable atmosphere for clients and team members in the branch office. Facilitate day- to-day operational functions and procedures. Use extensive knowledge and skills obtained through education and experience to identify, research, analyze and resolve complex issues. **Knowledge / Requirements:** + Associates degree preferred + 3+ years administrative experience in a financial services environment including operations support + Knowledge of investment concepts, practices, policies and procedures used in the securities industry + Knowledge of compliance laws and regulations used in the securities and RIA environment + MS Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint proficiency to produce presentations, correspondence, electronic communication and maintain spreadsheets **Job Skills:** + Effective problem-solving skills + Organize, manage, and track multiple detailed tasks and assignments with frequently changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced work environment + Professional, service-oriented demeanor + Detail oriented to ensure accuracy of reports and correspondence + Serve as a role model and lead others in providing a high level of customer service + Keep all appropriate parties up-to-date on decisions, changes, and other relevant information, as well as ability to articulate reasons behind decisions + Establish and maintain effective working relationships with others. + Identify problems, gather facts, and develop solutions + Demonstrate excellent work ethic + Use appropriate interpersonal styles and communicate effectively, both orally and in writing with all levels of the organization + Ability to work collaboratively as well as independently within a team environment + Ability to take pride in other team members’ successes We offer Securities through Raymond James Financial Services: Founded in 1962 and a public company since 1983, Raymond James is a Florida-based diversified holding company providing financial services to individuals, corporations and municipalities through its subsidiary companies engaged primarily in investment and financial planning, in addition to capital markets and asset management.
