As an Operations Associate on the Marketplace Health team, you will be the central point of contact ensuring smooth processes, data accuracy, and team effectiveness. You’ll manage and train a team focused on sourcing and matching each RFP to best-fit vendors, work closely with the Marketplace Health associates, collaborate with cross-functional teams (including Sales and Customer Success), and drive continuous improvements to our supplier sourcing workflows. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a keen eye for operational excellence, strong communication and training skills, and an interest in the hospitality or travel industry. In This Role, You Will: Team Management & Training - You’ll manage and train a team focused on sourcing and matching each RFP to best-fit vendors, ensuring they meet performance and quality standards. - Develop and refine training programs to continually improve team performance. - Process & Workflow Improvements - Identify opportunities to optimize sourcing workflows, including outreach audits, feedback loops, and AI/matching enhancements. - Implement new processes or refine existing ones to improve efficiency and accuracy. Data Management - Oversee and maintain data integrity and software integration points across the Marketplace Health team. - Manage data transfer for Marketplace Health - Monitor RFP (Request for Proposal) tracking, ensuring timely and accurate updates. - Cross-Departmental Collaboration - Serve as a liaison between Marketplace Health and other internal teams (Sales, Customer Success, Product) to address sourcing questions and facilitate process improvements. - Provide feedback and training tools to end users, ensuring consistent and effective adoption of new processes. - Planner Partnership Support - Assist in managing planner partnerships, serving as a point of contact for any sourcing-related questions or needs. Operational Projects - Support assorted operations projects and initiatives as needed. - Provide insights and recommendations to leadership to drive overall Marketplace Health effectiveness. Here's What You Need: - 6+ Months experience at a tech company or start up environment. - Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus. - Experienced with Excel, Google Sheets, or similar spreadsheet software. - Some experience with: A CRM software, a workflow management software and / or Business Intelligence software.
