OPERATIONS ASSOCIATE II

DESCRIPTION

Responsible for all duties necessary to support warehouse, delivery and technical teams. The Operations Associate II isan important roleto ensure the success of our operations within location.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Deliverproducts to customersExhibit a strong customer service aptitude Assist with the warehouse duties; receiving, unloading, picking and loading;Service and maintain customer equipment;Travel to and from customer locations to troubleshoot and fix equipment;Provide assistance as needed to the operations team.

This list is not exhaustive. Any other related duties as may be assigned by the line manager.

QUALIFICATIONS

High Schooldiplomapreferred;1 year in similarrole;Valid Driver's License and clean drivers abstract;Some mechanical aptitude – previous electronic/plumbing/electrical experience an asset but not necessary.Being confortable with highway driving 

COMPETENCIES

Bilingualism in concerned provinces;Basic computer skills; Strong communication (verbal, written) and customer-service skills;Ability to handle a physically demanding job with heavy lifting (up to 50lbs).
