The Role
The Veeva Team is looking for an Operations Associate to provide high-quality operational, administrative and go to market support to the Alliances team and Veeva partners. The person in this role will undertake a range of duties required to maintain efficient and effective communication and support for Veeva partner programs such as signing on new partners, assisting with partner renewals, supporting partner newsletters, social media, web updates and events, and general support of our Alliance team, programs and Veeva partners.
The successful candidate should have a high-energy level and be relentlessly focused on Customer Success. They should be highly organized with an eye for the finer details required in an operations and communication focused role. Ultimately, the candidate should be detail oriented, able to handle administrative tasks, support marketing projects and deliver high-quality work under minimum supervision.What You'll DoManage end-to-end sign-on and renewal process for partnersNavigate legal review and handle financial document informationSupport partner renewal processPresentations/web/social media post designManage webpage updates/listingsManage and improve upon existing processes and reportingLiaise across multiple teams, finance, legal, marketingAddress partner administrative tasks (LMS support, , employee queries)Data management across multiple platformsRequirementsProven experience as an Administrative Assistant or relevant roleReporting and communication of partner metricsPresentation slide design, ability to follow brand style (PowerPoint/Google Slides)Experience in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Google applicationsKnowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar)Regular website listing updatesAbility to prioritize work and handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyWell-organized and detail-oriented with excellent follow-up skillsAbility to maintain a flexible attitude and successfully operate in a fast-paced environment with changing prioritiesMotivated and possessing the ability to work independently and as a team player with little supervisionFluent in verbal and written EnglishNice to HaveUniversity degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fieldExperience writing newslettersExperience maintaining/handling large lists of contactsCRM experienceBasic HTML / CSS skillsKnowledge of WordPress, Zoom, and LMS systemsMarketing Automation such as Marketo EngageBasic design skills, e.g., Photoshop, Adobe Express, etc.UX copywriting#LI-Remote
