RESPONSIBILITIES:

Maximize Production Efficiency: Learn to optimize production capacity while maintaining high quality standards, ensuring our facility runs at peak performance.Collaborate with Maintenance: Work with the Maintenance team to ensure equipment operates smoothly and meets government regulations.First Aid Readiness: Acquire essential first aid skills to provide immediate assistance in the nurse's absence.Support Leadership: Assist supervisors and managers with various tasks, showcasing your versatility and readiness to tackle any challenge.Leadership Preparation: Gain hands-on experience to prepare for a supervisory role, overseeing a specific area with confidence.Cross-Departmental Understanding: Understand the interactions between Accounting, HR, Food Safety, Quality Assurance, and Production to make informed decisions.
