POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Operations team is the engine that makes Cater2.me run. As an Operations Associate, you'll be responsible for ensuring unparalleled service to our clients. We're looking for self-motivated, quick-thinkers who will be able to execute several tasks flawlessly with confidence. We're the best in the business at customer service and expect each new member of the team to treat our clients like kings. You handle stressful inquiries with flare. You should be very comfortable on the phone and well-written over email. Most importantly, your time management is impeccable and you get things done.

Room for growth! Operations Associates support our account management team and interact regularly with our Vendor Team. Successful team members often transition into Account Manager or Vendor Relations roles.

The salary range for this role is $42,000-$45,000.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Deliver industry-leading customer serviceCommunicate clearly and efficiently with clients and vendorsSolve logistical problems in a fast-paced environment to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of our ordersActively seek to improve daily operations processes and proceduresOptimize the process of ensuring timely deliveries to clientsSupport Account Managers in day-to-day operations

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TEAM:

Flawless communication, both verbal and written, under pressureComfortable with database, web, and spreadsheet technologyExceptional ability to juggle and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneouslyExtreme attention to detail4-year college degree preferredPrevious experience using Zoho, Zendesk, or Helpscout in an operations/customer success roleStartup experience is preferredA Note to Candidates
