HOW AN OC IT SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Deploy, configure and maintain Operations Center(OC) IT infrastructure.Specific knowledge of Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS), Active Directory Federation Services (AD FS), Windows 11, and Windows Server 2022, is required. Responsible for network infrastructure for Operations Center (OC) IT.Troubleshoot and coordinate with Engineering any issues that may arise with infrastructure. Maintain the local admin network.Assist with configuring, maintaining, and monitoring the Operations Center IT infrastructure for a 24x7 mission critical Support and Operations teamParticipate in a 24/7 on-call rotation for incident response escalation within response SLAsDrive innovative approaches to operating and supporting infrastructure to achieve high resultsPreferred qualifications:Experience in working with operating systems/networks.Experience in supporting Networking; scripting and automation; application troubleshooting.Experience with creating or optimizing deployment and/or support processes for desktop workstations, laptops, video conferencing, software, and patches.Experience with creating scripts to automate common tasks.Understanding of local and wide area networks (LAN/WAN) and mobile computing environments.Understanding of enterprise networking to include familiarity with Cisco Switches.Understanding of IT change management best practices.Understanding of STIG and hardening practices
