Quality Custom Distribution is seeking an Operations Clerk to work over at our Franklin Park Facility ($20/hr.)

 

JOB SUMMARY:  Responsible for the coordination of all activities required to effectively maintain the accuracy of JDE theoretical inventory, slot locations, quantities, and pricing.

 

Job Functions

The schedule is 4 days on 2 days off - 7:00AM to 5:30PMThe position pays $20/hr.Having knowledge in using warehouse management systems experience is needed. In charge of keeping track of inbound and outbound merchandiseHave inventory track experience is a plusMicrosoft exp is neededStrong experience in Warehouse admin and Transportation Admin Experience  Able to work in a fast pace high stress environmentStrong communication skills are a plusProvide daily reports to the leadership teamHaving Distribution admin or clerical experience is a plus.Weekly Pay, and benefits after your first 30 days of employmentRoom for opportunity and growth is a plus.  

 

Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Maintain and ensure accuracy of product and slot locations. (15%)Record, process, communicate and report all supplier debits. (15%)Perform purchase order reconciliations and effectively communicate variances with the Accounting team. (15%)Conduct physical inventory of perishable products. (15%)Conduct weekly inventory of distressed product and communicate variances with the Customer Service team. (5%)Perform cycle counts as required. (15%)Perform IA's as necessary. (15%)Inactivate WRIN's as necessary to maintain an accurate item master. (5%)Perform other related and assigned duties as necessary.

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:  Education and experience equivalent to:

 

Education/Certification:

High school diploma or equivalent

 

Experience:

3 to 6 years of relevant work experience.
