Operations Co-ordinator – On site (Hybrid working available)
The Operations Co-ordinator will work together with the Operations Director with operational activities in Operations, IT and provide contractor and vendor oversight as well as support engagement activities. The job description below may be added to from time to time in order to meet operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Develop and maintain close relationships with key contacts; fully understand the relationship dynamic at site level. Facilitate system onboarding and off boarding of employees:Partner with wider UKI / EMEA teams to drive cost efficiency and align internal processes within JLLAssist in the management of all contractors on site to ensure they perform to the required standardsManage vendor performance and supplier contract renewalsAttend monthly meetings with the suppliers highlighting performance highs / lows.Prepare ISO audits annually and ensure complianceOrganize First aid / mental health first aid / fire warden trainings and ensure ongoing compliance Ensure the program of site inspections is adhered to and collate copies locally.Act as an administrator for tools and software’s and manage the accounts.Maintain laptop, mobile phones and other equipment lifecycles.Manage company internal websites.Support license procurement processes.Support system adoption by providing visibility to training and additional support resources to ensure employees can properly use the systems they are required to use.Champion a positive and inclusive work culture, fostering employee engagementRun initiatives that engage employees at all levels and manage vendors supporting wellness activities.Adhere to JLL’s business conduct by ensuring compliance with the firm’s guidelines, procedures, and strategies.Other responsibilities as assigned by line managerPerson Specification:
