To join our team as an Operations Consultant! In this role, you will be supporting our CoolSaver program to ensure smooth delivery of our projects and programs, both internally and externally. Operations support staff often support multiple areas of the business, including data management, metrics and reporting, team facilitation and coordination, and process definition and improvement.

Successful candidates will reside in Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, or Colorado.

For this exciting career opportunity, you’re a great fit if you can:

Identify opportunities for cross-functional or cross-company process/protocol improvement by implementing and coordinating them.

Administer and support the QuickBase database.

Document process flows, track patterns, and identify opportunities for improvement.

Define and monitor program KPIs.

Support CoolSaver technology development.

Support invoicing processes, including approvals for vendor invoices and ensuring timely and accurate payments.

Organize information for product analysis and make recommendations.

Manage significant cross-functional business processes and policies with significant impact on the company or practice.

Manage multiple contract/sub-contractor relationships that have a significant impact on overall program performance.

In this exciting career opportunity, you will have:

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Salesforce, and Smartsheet.

Proven track record of maintaining detailed and organized work processes.

Experience analyzing datasets using Excel functions and formulas.

Ability to troubleshoot issues and find solutions effectively.

$78,000 / USD Annually  

Compensation Range

$59,500.00 - $89,200.00
