This opening is for a position in the Accounting Operations team supporting Global Leasing (Global Vendor Finance), and will be responsible for handling Accounts Receivable related activities such as payment applications, issue research, process documentation and system testing activities. The Accounts Receivable team supports daily cash posting for three Leasing divisions (Global Vendor Finance, Leveraged Leases and EMEA) utilizing several systems of record and posting in multiple currencies, so strong organization skills and attention to detail are a must. The successful candidate will also be involved in audit support, risk compliance testing, ad hoc reporting and projects arise (including the current system conversion to the ALFA leasing system) as they arise. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Accurately record daily cash receipts and applicationsCommunicate with multiple teams to identify, research and resolve issuesBalance bank statement activity to system of record deposit activityPrepare and process journal entriesProcess physical checks via Remote DepositCompile and image related documentation for audit purposesMonitor and report on unapplied funds for aged itemsPerform daily audits for risk compliance purposesMaintain contact and information matricesAccurately record daily metrics countsPerform System of Record User Acceptance Testing Other projects and reporting as they ariseThe skills/ requirements for the position are as follows:
