What the day will look like Aon Strategy and Technology Group (STG) is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Operations Analyst to join our dynamic team. Analyze operational data to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks within existing processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements that enhance overall operational efficiency. Monitor resource allocation and optimize utilization to ensure effective operations. Create and maintain reports and dashboards to track performance metrics and operational outcomes. Identify potential operational risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Evaluate the financial implications of proposed process improvements or changes in resource allocation. Conduct research on industry best practices and emerging trends in operations and data analysis. Support project management initiatives by providing analytical insights and recommendations. Any other tasks as assigned by your reporting manager. Reporting directly to the Operations Lead in Asia Pacific, the Operations Analyst will collaborate with various teams to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions that align with our mission of delivering innovative consulting services to our clients. Skills and experience that will lead to success Diploma in any discipline. Proven experience in data analysis, process improvement, or a similar role within the financial services sector. Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Suite of Tools. Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly to stakeholders at all levels. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
