Operations Controlling Manager

Purpose of Role:

The Operations Controlling Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing the financial planning, analysis, and control of our manufacturing and supply chain operations.

The Operations Controlling Manager ensures financial alignment with operational goals, optimizes cost efficiency, and drives strategic decision-making.

The Operations Controlling Manager is responsible for a team of 1-2 people; Cost Accountant and Cost Engineer.

You will act as a key business partner to the operations team, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for controlling of manufacturing operations and manufacturing accounting.Analyze manufacturing and operations KPIs, in cooperation with ISC Director set targets and     control execution.Initiate and lead cost-saving projects, in cooperation with ISC Director and functional directors/managers. Lead: managing and coaching of the Operations Control team.Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviours in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:

HBO+ SAP R3 Fluent English
