Operations Coordinator

Location: Redlands, CA

Schedule: Monday - Friday 12:00 pm - 5:30 pm 

What Will You Do?

You will communicate, plan and execute activities of the Ashley Distribution Services drivers to maximize productivity of assets and fleet utilization and attain scheduled delivery dates. Plan and assign loads departing the distribution center or connecting at remote lots or rail yard locations to attain scheduled deliveries. Determine fleet capabilities and the numbers of loads that will be consumed by the Fleet or diverted to carriers.

What Do You Need?

High School Diploma or equivalent, Required2 years of dispatch, transportation and/or customer service experience.Knowledge of DOT hours of service regulations

Compensation: This position pays an hourly rate of $20.00. 

Profit sharing is available to eligible employees; this discretionary program is dependent on the profitability of the company.
