This position provides valuable operational support for the Questrom Registrar's Office (QRO) in managing several projects related to students records, registration, curriculum, policies, and course administrative matters. Reporting to the Associate Director of System Administration & Operations, the position maintains many facets of students' records, manages several specialized projects related to teaching-assistant administration, registration operations, and the official record of School policies, curriculum requirements, and course inventory details. This position coordinates with the QRO team to ensure accuracy and operational efficiency, to analyze and resolves problems as they arise, and to liaise with the Office of the University Registrar. This position also assists in coordinating office operations such as room reservations, purchasing, ad hoc data requests, and responding to or routing inquiries.
