Operations Coordinator Job Locations US-NJ-Mullica Hill Requisition ID 2024-16441 Category Direct Support Management Status Full Time Overview Supports program leadership team in operational, clerical and organizational processes. This Operations Coordinator position will support our Lakeside Campus, in Woodstown, NJ. Responsibilities Job duties may include, but not limited to, the following based on specific program and responsibilities.
1. Supports the hiring process.
a. Working directly with the HR team to direct the flow of applicants to the appropriate program
managers.
b. Scheduling interviews and conducting applicant screenings as needed.
c. Submitting requisitions and verifying accuracy of posted positions.
d. Review and update master position listings.
2. Tracks and supports the activities related to the retention of newly hired staff.
a. Greeting new staff in NSO and ensuring they are provided with their training and work
schedule for their first 90 days.
b. Tracking the prompt completion of 30/60/90 day checks.
3. Oversees the electronic tracking of staff trainings and compliance with recertifications.
a. Assists with the dissemination of information related to training, certification & recertification,
and assistance with coordination of the sessions.
4. Thoroughly and accurately complete all actions related to Timekeeping.
a. Review daily time and attendance for each employee in designated programs and ensure
that time records are maintained in an accurate and timely manner.
b. Adjust time as needed per regulations and policies. Communicate with program managers to
ensure accuracy of overtime and department transfers/allocations.
c. Consistently meet closing deadlines of Time and Attendance applications for the processing
of Payroll Qualifications

Education:
High School diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
Experience:
Minimum of one year of related experience, preferably in a coordinator capacity required. Prior management
experience and a strong desire to work with neurologically-challenged individuals preferred.
