Operations Coordinator

MarketSource, Inc. is currently searching for an Operations Coordinator to partner with our client’s retail program. The position requires a combination of administrative and operations project coordination experience. The Operations Coordinator will be responsible helping the Program Management Team and our client handle all day to day assignments dealing with their field sales based retail program.
Responsibilities:
• Perform day to day administrative tasks associated with supporting operations management team and Client
• Establish and maintain good working relationships with operations management team as well as MarketSource field teams
• Ability to become proficient in the use of client reporting tools to enable the production of standardized and ad hoc reporting needed by account management team
• Standard weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports
• Daily auditing of reports submitted by field team
• Data integrity maintenance
• A core competency of relationship building and cross teaming skills

Requirements:
• 2 years minimum experience in successful support roles
• Ability to meet deadlines with little supervision (Self-starter)
• Expert with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem solving skills.
• Understanding of business systems, business processes, and client expectations.
• Proactive, self-motivated, entrepreneurial attitude.
• Working knowledge with the Internet and web based data collection and reporting
• Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent work experience
