Operations Coordinator
Job Description Are you a fresh graduate with the drive and passion to dive into the maritime industry? We’re looking for an energetic Operations Coordinator to join our Client a renowned shipowner to support key departments like Marine HR, HSEQ, and Technical Management on a rotational basis, based on the company’s needs.

What You’ll Do:
Uphold safety and environmental values Assist in preparing reports and agendas for internal teams Support the Vetting, HSEQ, and Technical teams in audits, inspections, and data analysis Help manage important ship and audit documentation, ensuring seamless operations Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate vetting inspections and vessel certifications Analyze and prepare data for quarterly reviews and audits (TMSA, ISM, etc.) Update and track reports in systems like OCIMF, SIRE 2.0 Maintain HSEQ records and compile meeting minutes Assist with ship certificates, surveys, and repairs Requirements:
Preference for Diploma in Business/Maritime Studies otherwise a Local Singaporean Degree in any other field who has a passion for maritime operations. Tenacity, a willingness to learn, and a proactive attitude to make a career in Maritime.
