Under the daily supervision of the Senior Operations Manager, this position provides support to the Operations Team that aids the daily business operations, compliance, communication, and efficiency of the organization.\n
This position is based out of our Worcester, MA Headquarters, and requires travel to other programs throughout New England.\n
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY:\n\nPrepares the organization for various agency inspections\nMaintains and updates department and remote site facility guides, SOPs, Policies, and Procedures.\nParticipates in the Quarterly Supportive Site Visits to ensure compliance and efficiency.\nMaintains and routinely reviews the vendor, leases, and contract lists.\nLiaison for external vendors and contractors, including organizing and coordinating quarterly vendor meetings. Obtains estimates and quotes from outside contractors for various projects.\nResponsible for maintaining proper inventory of facility cleaning and emergency supplies. Assists with the procurement and department ordering responsibilities.\nProvides general administrative support for the Operations Team, including meeting coordination, minute taking, correspondence, and reporting.\nAttends and participates in agency and event meetings as required.\nAssists with the setup of facilities for meetings, classrooms, conferences, and events.\nAssists Facilities and Maintenance team with tickets, special projects, seasonal tasks, and projects.\nAssists IT Team with inventories, inspections, reviews, tickets, and projects when needed. Assists IT Team with the administration, scheduling, documentation, communication and research of assigned IT Projects.\nCollaborate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and coordination of activities.\nOther duties and special projects as assigned.\n\n
WHAT YOU MUST HAVE:\n\nMinimum of high school diploma or equivalent. Certificate in a trade program is preferred.\nOSHA 10 Certification preferred\nMust be able to pass a CORI Background records check.\nCompliance with Veterans Inc. COVID-19 Vaccination Policy. Religious and Medical Exemptions are considered.\n\n\n\n\n\n
