This is an incredible mission-driven organization, experiencing consistent growth through grants and stewardship efforts. This is a permanent position, reporting to the Vice President of Operations. Beautiful office centrally located a few blocks west of the White House in northwest DC, this is a flex hybrid position on-site 1-2 days a week. The position supports internal office operations and communications, vendors, service-oriented projects, supplies and vendors, and the travel process for staff. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing and expanding team and work for an incredibly passionate and extremely talented leadership team. The salary range for the role is commensurate with experience: 60-65k. salary: $60,000 - $65,000 per year shift: First work hours: 9 AM - 5:30 PM education: Bachelors Responsibilities + The Operations Coordinator will provide direct administrative support to the VP of Operations and Operations Manager + Operations oversees three key areas: internal service support, procurement, and the travel/visa process + Manage internal calendar for staff and VP of Operations, scheduling, deadline management, reporting + Provide support to staff for various projects + Order supplies, manage vendors, manage internal staff requests + Set up and meeting coordination + Process invoices and expenses + Streamlining procurement and internal/external travel process Skills + Budgeting + Scheduling + Vendor Management + Training + International Development + Procurement + Travel + Travel Processing + Calendar Management + Internal Communications Qualifications + Years of experience: 3 years + Experience level: Experienced Randstad is a world leader in matching great people with great companies.
