Job Description:
Location: Kennesaw, Georgia
CoWorx Staffing Services is looking for an Operations Coordinator to join our premier client in Marietta, GA. This position is from 8:30 am- 5 pm, Monday-Friday. This will be in-office position, with one day remote flexibility to work from home with manager approval.
Responsibilities:
The Operations Coordinator will perform various sales operations duties that include entering production results into SAP, loan pool reservation requests, model set-ups, maintaining pricing, and generating ad-hoc reports. They will work alongside the Inventory Planning Analyst and report to the Supply Chain Supervisor. They will be responsible for effectively communicating and problem-solving issues that arise that pertain to numerous sales operations duties.
Essential job Duties Include:
-Manage and oversee all aspects of Model Set-Ups for each product line within Motorsports, ensuring seamless coordination.
-Maintains consistent communication across various departments involved in model naming, description, and the approval process to ensure accuracy and alignment.
-Oversee all aspects of Motorsports’ Loan Pool Reserves, initiating regular clean-ups and conducting thorough analyses.
-Collaborates with multiple departments to effectively communicate findings and ensure optimal inventory management.
-Coordinates with various departments to validate Field Sales Demo program guidelines and ensure accurate communication of program details to the Order Desk for updating and maintaining sales order programs.
-Performs ongoing warehouse analysis to track inventory levels, ensuring accurate product allocation to the correct warehouses for dealer orders.
-Contributes to production submissions by accurately entering results into SAP and delivering analyses that offer insights on optimizing support for dealer orders and Loan Pool Reserves (LPR).
-Manages the monthly chargeback process for Accommodation Sales, ensuring timely submission to accounting while collaborating closely with vehicle support to maintain accuracy.
-Evaluates and submits samples along with the necessary documentation for JSOX audits, ensuring thorough compliance and accuracy.
-Consistently develops, evaluates, and updates departmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure efficiency and compliance.
-Performs other duties as assigned along with any ad-hoc reporting as requested
Desired Background/Skills:
-Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred or 1-3 years business experience.
-Extremely organized with strong time management skills.
-SAP experience preferred.
-Advanced Excel skills required.
-Excellent written/verbal communication skills.
-Must be able to multi-task, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment
