Operations Coordinator | $25-$27/hr | Monday-Friday 8am-5pm  What Matters MostCompetitive Pay of $25-$27 per hour Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pmLocation: Plano, TXTemporary-to-hire opportunity with career growth and stabilityWeekly Pay with direct deposit or pay cardWhen you work through The Reserves Network, you are eligible to enroll in dental, vision and medical insurance as well as 401K, direct deposit and our referral bonus programJob Description You will provide support to all construction field personnel and Operations staff, help facilitate closings, lot starts, support customer service, help drive quality and customer satisfaction, help to enforce corporate programs, help monitor performance by tracking and reporting, and assist with utilities. Responsibilities: Create, update, and distribute reports internally and externallyTrack and prepare documentation for monthly bonus paperworkSchedule, organize, and prepare meetings, also maintain meeting minutesTrack and manage field production costs, reductionsPerform weekly house file audits to ensure they are in complianceTrack and manage survey processes, results, goals, follow ups, and updatesQualifications and Requirements: 2+ years prior administrative office experience required, including strong computer usageProficiency and experience in Excel, including data analysis – exporting data, calculations, use of filters, sorting, graphs, etc. Experience with MS Office – Outlook, Word, PowerPoint. Experience in Access a plus but not requiredAccounts payable experience a plus.
