Role Overview
The Operations Coordinator at 6 Levers will be instrumental in ensuring the organization operates seamlessly by developing and maintaining clear, effective, and efficient processes. This role will enhance our operational excellence, ensuring that clients, course participants, partners, and other key stakeholders consistently experience high levels of quality, organization, and professionalism in all interactions. The individual will set and uphold rigorous standards, fostering attention to detail and a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.

- Leads Course Operations (Leading with Intention & Consultant Sprint)
- Leads Consultant Community Operations
- Leads Resource Hub Operations
- Leads Org Health Assessment Operations
- Steward of CRM optimization
- Proficient with all Internal Technology
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in an operational or project management role
