We are currently hiring an Operations Coordinator for one of the top Construction Companies in the Selma, CA area. Description + Will primarily be responsible for delivering various equipment (IT, parts, etc.) to multiple locations in a 50-mile radius. + Will also assist in small office maintenance and administrative duties + Will use a company vehicle + Will need to be able to lift objects (not heavy) + Will communicate with various parties to coordinate delivery Qualifications: + Ability to multi-task, prioritize duties, manage workflow, and work independently + Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work + Attention to detail and problem-solving skills + Microsoft Excel experience + Clean Driving record + Be able to be at work on time (7am to 4pm, Monday through Friday) + Basic computer skills + Open communication + Able to follow direction + Be able to work independently + Be able to assist in small office maintenance.
