Operations Coordinator

The Operations Coordinator, Campus provides administrative, logistical, and education support to campus and department leadership, training specialists, and students to ensure effective delivery of education. The person in this role will provide high-level administrative support. Provide customer service to prospective students, and campus visitors. Manages incoming student documents, including student request forms, to ensure they are properly routed and comply with accrediting agency requirements and NLC standards. Prepares and maintains all student graduation, orientation, and new term documents. Provides administrative support as needed to campus Director of Operations and Director of Education. Partners with department leadership to manage internal training schedules and communicates as needed. Responsible for student communication; working with operations and education leadership to ensure student requests are accomplished. Speech and hearing to discern verbal instructions and communicate effectively. Visual acuity to comprehend written materials, detailed reports, and utilize computerized programs and spreadsheets. Personal mobility, manual dexterity, flexibility, and balance to work in an office environment, to sit in front of a computer for long periods of time; to bend or reach in order to retrieve or file documents and to move or carry items weighing up to 25lbs.
