What will I be doing?

\n

As an Operations Coordinator, you are responsible for ensuring efficient operations of Food and Beverage outlets and the Front Desk to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. An Operations Coordinator will also be required to monitor the appearance and standards of team members. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

\n\nEnsure efficient operation of Food and Beverage outlets and Front Desk\nControl the flow of customers and orders throughout service\nManage all transactions during service\nEnsure all outlets are staffed according to business levels\nMonitor the appearance, standards and performance of Team Members with an emphasis on quality of guest service and hospitality\nMaximise sales revenue through up-selling and marketing programmes\nManage guest requests in a timely and efficient manner\nComply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation\n

An Operations Coordinator serving Hilton brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:

\n\nPrevious experience in organising Food and Beverage service in a range of outlets\nFront Office experience in the hotel/leisure/retail sector\nExcellent supervisory skills\nExcellent interpersonal, communication, and delegation skills\nFlexibility to respond quickly and positively to a range of work situations\nCalm and organised\nCommitted to delivering high levels of customer service\nInterest in developing others to be part of a winning team\nExcellent grooming standards\n\n

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

\n\nPrevious experience as a Duty Manager\nPrevious experience at Supervisory level\n\n
