The Operations Coordinator supports division leadership in implementing programs and services to best meet the public health needs of the community. Duties and responsibilities include program coordination and implementation, daily operations, and communications. Examples of Duties Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Operations Coordinator will support the Administrative Operations Division which includes Contracts and Procurement, Grants, Administration and Human Resources, Financial Management, and General Operations. The Operations Coordinator will be responsible for the following tasks: + Serves as primary travel coordinator for the department including making travel reservations and assisting with travel and mileage reimbursement questions. + Assists with procurement and contract requests for the division through the Oracle database. + Manages data including expiration dates, contract totals, and grant totals to assist with agreement management. + Maintains department contract and procurement and grant files and records. + Assists with offboarding of employees as needed. + Assists with financial analysis as needed. + Other duties as assigned by supervisor. The Operations Coordinator will also be required to maintain HIPAA compliance certification and Certification in Incident Command Structure Crisis Management, as well as participate in Public Health Emergency Preparedness activities in real or stimulated emergencies. Experience with Oracle and Smartsheets preferred. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree Public Health, Business Administration, Health Science Administration or other related field, with two years experience in community engagement, community organizing, and project coordination and implementation. Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be substituted to meet the education and experience requirement of this position.
