Some responsibilities include:
* Operations Coordinator will manage calendars and appointments
* Formatting information for internal and external communication - memos, emails, presentations, reports
* Facilitating cross-channel communication between customers and employees
* Helping to respond to emails and messages, and screen/direct phone calls
* As an Operations Coordinator, you will organize meetings and conferences and take notes
* Maintain office supplies and equipment
* Perform administrative tasks as needed
* Assist with operational tasks as needed
