Our client, a real estate investment firm based in Boston, MA, is seeking an Operations Coordinator to oversee the day to day operational activities within the company. This includes collaborating with various departments to resolve operational issues, streamline processes, and maintain efficiency across the organization. Key duties involve inventory management, cost optimization, administrative support, and reporting to help achieve overall business goals. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire role paying $30-34 per hour depending on experience. This role is onsite, with the hours of 8AM-5PM. Essential Functions:

Collaboration: Partner with HR, accounting, legal, marketing, investor relations, and other departments to align operations with business objectives and assist in various projects and tasks as needed.Logistics Management: Oversee supply chain operations, inventory control, and delivery management to ensure optimal stock levels while minimizing costs.Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization, develop, and implement new workflows to increase efficiency.Project & Event Management: Track project timelines, oversee tasks, and ensure projects and events are completed within scope, on time, and on budget.Staff Scheduling: Develop and manage staff schedules to meet operational requirements, including managing time off requests, coverage for absences, and scheduling interviews/meetings.Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect and analyze operational data to generate performance reports, provide insights, and assist with DEI and other organizational metrics.Administrative Tasks: Manage office supplies, maintain records, coordinate meetings, and answer general inquiries. Assist Receptionist as needed and provide coverage for receptionist duties.Compliance Management: Ensure adherence to company policies, safety regulations, and legal requirements.Policy Implementation: Communicate and enforce office policies.
