Operations Coordinator
Job Description: The Operations Coordinator is responsible for managing all tasks before information is relayed to warehouse teams. This role involves coordination with customer service, retail teams, and call center members. Key responsibilities include: + Handling patient phone calls, including troubleshooting equipment, evaluating current oxygen systems, and scheduling. + Collaborating with hospice partners to arrange deliveries and pick-ups. + Assisting walk-in patients with equipment delivery and returns. + Coordinating routing and dispatch with drivers and warehouse teams. + Utilizing Microsoft 365 (Teams, email, etc.) with a high level of proficiency. + Working either in the dispatch office within the warehouse or in a cubicle, depending on space availability.
