Operations Coordinator
Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for an Operations Coordinator in Sartell, Minnesota. In this role, you will focus on ensuring the smooth running of various operational tasks within our dynamic team. You will be key in maintaining efficient office functions, managing logistics, and ensuring top-notch customer service. Responsibilities • Accurately process and manage customer credit applications • Maintain and update financial records with a keen focus on accuracy • Coordinate and schedule appointments, ensuring all are timely and efficiently planned • Manage the execution of non-standardized activities related to carrier payments and load building profiles • Monitor task boards and assigned email accounts to respond promptly to customer and carrier requests • Validate load data in systems according to standards, ensuring quality at all times • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite of programs to facilitate various operations • Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines and achieve operational goals • Maintain a diverse and inclusive work environment, fostering creativity and innovation • Handle customer inquiries, providing high quality call center customer service • Follow standard operation procedures, company policies, and uphold our commitment to non-discrimination laws.
