The Company: OSL was established in 2012 in Mississauga, Ontario, to provide clients with customized designed sales solutions in retail, direct sales, merchandising and customer acquisition. About the role: We are seeking a full-time, highly organizedOperations Coordinatorto support our growth in new projects for notable clients. This role requires the candidate to be organized, efficient, and a strong communicator who can help ensure our field sales teams are set up for success. What you’re responsible for: Operational Processes: + + Create and document operational processes to run the programs efficiently + Collaborate with internal departments to solve operational issues or inefficiencies Time and Payroll Compliance: + + Ensure timecards are completed accurately and on time for payroll processing + Review labor management KPIs to keep programs on budget and compliant CRM Lead Management: + + Support field sales efforts by loading and distributing leads + Keep oversight into lead provisioning and report to field leadership on execution levels + Manage user access to keep systems secure Vendor Relationships: + + Work with established vendors to supply required services and materials for program execution as needed + Source and recommend new vendors to fill needs as required + Coordinate shipment of supplies to field teams Reporting: + + Generate reports for internal stakeholders and clients as needed for sales, labour and other KPIs Compliance and Standards: + + Support the field sales leaders and Operations department to execute our programs in accordance with our SOPs and standards To Join our Team: + Post-secondary degree in Business, or a related field + Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in different forms and with different audiences + Problem-solving, negotiation, and project management skills + Ability to establish and build effective relationships + Ability to analyze and interpret data using spreadsheets and data visualization software + Honesty, high integrity, personal accountability, and a passion for the success of the brand, the team, and personal career growth What we offer: + A competitive base salary $45-52K plus bonus + Vacation plus additional flex days + Comprehensive benefits + RRSP matching program + Training and development opportunities to grow your career with one of Canada’s Best Managed Companies + A supportive workplace culture and work environment If this sounds like you and you’re excited to be a member of our team, please apply now.
