"A Day in the Life" 

Mobile Modular Portable Storage, a well-established company specializing in container rentals and sales, is currently seeking an Operations Coordinator.  In this role, you will be responsible for interfacing with and providing a high level of service to both internal and external customers, completing and processing transactions, as well as performing a variety of administrative and other tasks in support of the business.


“What You’ll Do”

Provide Customer Service to internal and external customersSupport multiple locationsAssist with inventory documentationDirect support of sales, dispatch and driversNegotiation with vendors and customersProcess management and problem resolutionWritten communication with customers and vendorsEdit and review customer contracts for changes neededProcess customer payments as neededCreating purchase ordersGeneral administrative responsibilitiesReception duties such as answering phones when in officeOther duties as required

 

“Must Haves”

2 plus years’ experience working in a professional business environment Outstanding oral and written communication skillsAbility to multitask while working with internal/external customers and vendorsCustomer service experience, utilizing strong inter-personal skillsExperience managing multiple and high-level priorities simultaneouslyAbility to prioritize work assignmentsExcellent attention to detailPreference for working in a fast-paced environmentStrong work ethic, positive attitude, professional demeanorAbility to work well in a team-oriented environmentProficiency in MS Outlook, Word and Excel.

High school diploma or G.E.D.
