Job Description Summary

Operations Customer Service Specialist 2 - OPS performs research and adjustments in completing the governmental reclamations process.

Duties & Responsibilities

Responsible for processing of governmental Reclamations, Fed Debits, and Death Notification entries.Research including, but not limited to, internal and external phone calls, address verification, and payment returns.Performs other duties as assigned.

This position will be available hybrid. You must be near a Huntington Corporate office.

Basic Qualifications:

1 or more years of banking operations experienceHigh School Diploma or equivalentExperience with customer service

Preferred Qualifications:

Multi-tasking skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment
