ABM is seeking a dynamic **Operations Director** to lead construction operations at one of the most advanced semiconductor facilities in the world. This role is based in Austin, TX, with occasional travel to other client locations to provide on-site support as needed. The ideal candidate will be pivotal in fostering strong client relationships, driving operational excellence, and ensuring exceptional financial performance. Key responsibilities include leading and developing a large team, managing diverse client relationships, and continuously evolving service delivery standards. The successful candidate must possess outstanding communication skills, business acumen, and expertise in dynamic contracts, vendor management, and outsourcing. This role also supports key account and client initiatives, driving efficiencies and process improvements. _This role is based in Austin, TX._ **_*RELOCATION ASSISTANCE is available_** **Service Delivery:** + Oversee the delivery of facilities services across the portfolio in line with all agreed policies, procedures, and contractual scope. + Manage a team of managers to ensure their teams' performance and resolve any escalated issues. + Monitor and enhance vendor performance, ensuring adherence to contractual and quality standards. + Lead initiatives including cost-saving programs, benchmarking, best practices, and continuous improvement efforts. + Ensure all account-level KPIs and SLAs are met or exceeded. + Adhere to governance processes and leverage ABM systems to drive innovation and service enhancements aligned with account goals. + Promote diversity and inclusion within the workplace. + Uphold client-specific and ABM policies, procedures, and ethical business practices. **Client Relationships:** + Build and maintain strong client relationships, as reflected by positive KPI scores, client surveys, and compliance metrics. + Deliver exceptional quality and responsiveness in client service. **Financial Management:** + Oversee annual client budgeting processes and ensure services are executed within budget. + Manage monthly financial reporting and expense approval processes. + Review and approve vendor contracts, support sourcing initiatives, and manage third-party contractual expenses. + Ensure compliance with client-specific and ABM financial practices and policies. **Leadership/Team Management:** + Lead, develop, and manage a high-performing team that delivers service excellence. + Provide onboarding, training, and team building to foster collaboration, performance, and personal success. + Oversee performance management and development planning for team members. + Represent ABM's core values of Teamwork, Ethics, and Excellence. + Ensure team members complete required training for corporate and job-specific functions. **Requirements:** + Bachelor’s degree in facilities management, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience); MBA preferred but not required. + Experience: 15+ years in facilities management within corporate, manufacturing, or industrial industries. + Bi-lingual in Korean and English preferred, with strong knowledge of Korean corporate culture. + Strong organizational and collaborative management abilities. + Superior financial acumen, including budgeting and forecasting expertise. + Understanding of service-level agreements, contracts, and accounting practices. + Familiarity with building systems (electrical/mechanical) and facilities operations. + Proficiency in MS Office and CMMS systems. + Ability to multitask, work independently, and travel up to 30%.
