Hill International, a global leader in project management and construction consulting, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Director for its local branch. This role is critical in ensuring the effective execution of the branch’s strategic goals, operational efficiency, and delivery of client satisfaction. The Operations Director will oversee day-to-day operations, manage teams, and ensure projects are completed within scope, on time, and to the highest quality standards. Oversees large-scale infrastructure projects such as roads, bridges, airports, railways, utilities, and public facilities. Manages multiple construction sites, often across different regions. Interfaces with governmental agencies, international contractors, and local communities.Responsible for projects from initial planning through to completion and handover.
