**Job Overview**
The **Operations Director** will be responsible for overseeing daily operations and driving efficiency across all departments. The ideal candidate is an experienced leader with deep expertise in regulated industries, a proven ability to manage high-performing teams, and a strategic mindset to implement organizational improvements. Working closely with senior leadership, this individual will focus on operational strategy, team development, and continuous improvement to meet company objectives.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Leadership & Management**
+ Lead and manage the operations team, ensuring alignment with company goals and values.
+ Foster a positive and productive work environment by addressing issues promptly and professionally.
+ Oversee back-office operations, including policy management, compliance, and other core processes.
+ Monitor workforce productivity and implement strategies to enhance operational performance.
+ Ensure departmental initiatives align with the company’s business plans and strategic vision.
**Team Development**
+ Design and deliver training programs to promote professional growth and reinforce key processes.
+ Encourage a culture of continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to optimize team performance.
+ Provide constructive feedback and mentorship to ensure teams achieve or exceed expectations.
**Operational Efficiency**
+ Implement and manage CRM systems and other operational tools to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
+ Streamline and oversee processes to ensure seamless execution across the organization.
+ Drive innovation by introducing new technologies and best practices that enhance operational effectiveness.
**Qualifications**
**Experience**
+ 10+ years of experience in a regulated industry.
+ 8+ years in leadership or management roles, with a track record of success.
+ Experience with compliance, policy management systems, and billing systems.
**Skills & Competencies**
+ Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to inspire and motivate teams.
+ Extensive knowledge of industry regulations, principles, and best practices.
+ Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
+ Strategic thinking with the ability to develop and execute effective plans.
+ Excellent communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
+ Proven expertise in implementing technologies to improve efficiency.

**Compensation & Benefits**
**Pay:** $70,000 - $90,000 per year
**Pay Types:**

**Pay Details:** $70,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year
