A local non-profit company is looking for a motivated Operations Director to assist the Executive Director in coordinating and day to day operations.

Operations Director Details:
Direct Hire position$25.00 to $28.00 /annuallyFull Time work availableWeekend work requiredFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)Supervisor of our facilities infrastructure, IT contractor, Maintenance including long term projects and goalsParticipate and represent, when appropriate, at local, state, and federal peer/partner work groupsProject ManagementGrant & Contracts DevelopmentOperations Director Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5+ years’ experience in management and policy administrationAt least five years of grant development and compliance experienceProject management and supervision experienceSkill in writing policy and other documentation that is well-organized and easy to followAbility to work independently but able to thrive in our highly collaborative work environmentApplicant may be subject to a background checkApplicant may be subject to a Motor Vehicle ReportPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
