PPF East Asia is a division with regional headquarter in China and we have operations cross Korea, Japan, Hong Kong and countries in Southeast Asia. **SUMMARY:** We are looking for a growth-minded Operations Director to be based in Danvers, MA that will provide emphasis on delivering strong customer centric KPI’s amidst their growing demand, while continuing to instill a premier safety culture amongst our manufacturing sites based in the US and Ireland. This role will drive strategic decisions to optimize global manufacturing and distribution footprint to drive down total delivered cost and maintain best-in-class customer service levels. The Operations Director will serve as a critical member of the Performance Polymers (PP) leadership team. The Operations Director is responsible for developing a high-performance team that manages the functions of EHS, manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain. The role ensures timely delivery of a quality product, in quantities that meet sales demand and at a cost that insures profitability and growth consistent with ITW PP’s objectives. In addition, the Operations Director is responsible for developing and implementing a Strategic Operations Plan for the division utilizing the ITW 80/20 model while demonstrating the ITW Leadership expectations. Utilize ITW Toolbox to deliver continuous improvement around ITW caliber service. + Collaborate with divisional leadership to achieve annual and long-range plan objectives. + Design and execute robust demand planning processes with strong coordination with sales and marketing. + Collaborate across the organization by working with regional and global manufacturing and sourcing functions to implement strategies and action plans that deliver the most efficient and effective supply chain and distribution. Consistently reduce costs through productivity gains and sourcing improvements. + Provide strong leadership to the division’s safety programs ensuring employee engagement in safety that sustains or develops a strong safety culture. + Define key performance metrics and monitor performance to exceed KPI targets. + Ensure compliance with state, federal, and local regulations and company standards. + 'Support business growth activities by working closely with commercial and innovation functions to ensure that new products are introduced efficiently and positively. **QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:** + Bachelor’s Degree – Preferably in Engineering, Supply Chain or Operations. Graduate or master's in business administration preferred. + At least 10 years of progressive operations experience, including at least 5 years of people management experience with a proven record of accomplishment of success.
