Job Description:

Instron Dynamic Division manufactures dynamic and fatigue testing systems to customers in high cost of failure markets.  The Dynamic Systems business unit manufactures servohydraulic and electrodynamic testing equipment for fatigue-related applications. 

Job description: 

Following the Front-to-Back process, lead and implement operations-related projects in line with the ITW Business model.   

Deliver growth by providing strategic directions to operations management.   

Accountable for the revenue and cost reduction deliverables across Operations departments.  

Implementation of continuous improvement process to enhance key products meet customer-facing performance metrics for quality and efficiency.

Ability to lead an operational workforce with a complex and highly technical product portfolio.  

Authentic leadership style and demonstrable people management skills, including success driving significant change management programs 

Ability to engage and drive a diverse population 

Key experiences:  

In-depth knowledge of capital equipment manufacturing and manufacturing operations in a global environment.   

Proven track record in implementing lean manufacturing practices that align with ITW Business Model.  

Knowledge and curiosity of technical products.
