POSITION SUMMARY

The Operations Director oversees multiple physician practices/ operations within the Medical Group. The role provides leadership and work with colleagues by providing supervision and direction around practice operations.  This role ensures patient access, financial performance, efficient operations, effective growth, colleague development, and optimal patient experience takes place. 

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Education

●Bachelor’s degree - Health related field preferred.

Minimum Experience

●3 years of relevant experience.

●Experience in healthcare required.

●Supervisory experience directing other’s work required.
