Summary

The Operations Dispatcher will work in collaboration with engineering professionals, construction professionals, DC Operations and brand leadership in order to support both short- and long-term strategies for all brands. . The Operations Dispatcher will perform a variety of tasks including but not limited to call center and dispatching duties, reporting, creating and manipulating Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, data entry and other duties and responsibilities as required.

Responsibilities

Receive and dispatch calls utilizing excellent customer service skills GSM monitoring – graphic systems monitoring of the conveyor systems all Columbus distribution centers Direct and monitor Maintenance communications, to include email traffic Create and maintain various Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point files Inventory Management – investigate problems and adjust inventory levels with INFOR’s MP2 software and eMaint software Asset Management – maintaining asset data in MP2 and eMaint software along with various Microsoft files Data Entry of new inventory and equipment into MP2 and eMaint and invoices into Excel Create and analyze various reports prior to distribution to the Maintenance team Camera monitoring of conveyor systems in all Columbus distribution centers

Qualifications

Qualifications and Experience

1-3 years in a clerical support role Strong customer service and communication skills Strong sense of accuracy and follow through Ability to prioritize and multi task Solid interpersonal and organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Display self-motivation, a sense of urgency and a strong sense of initiative to make independent decisions Intermediate skills in Microsoft Outlook and Excel Knowledge of MP2 maintenance management software a plus

Education

Associate’s degree or combination of High School Diploma or equivalent and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job as listed above
