As an Export and Import Data Processing and Monitoring System Lead - Vice President within the Operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing all Export and Import Data Processing and Monitoring System operations for the India branch, providing support to our Commercial and Investment Banking clients in India. You are committed to creating and managing innovative, secure service solutions that cater to our clients' needs on a global scale. Job responsibilities:

Be responsible for managing Export and Import Data Processing and Monitoring System operations process Manage a team of 10+ members Manage regulatory compliance and managing regular enquiriesHandle regulatory reports which needs to be submitted to the regulator(s) Provide an advisory role to internal or external clients on transactions including managing regulatory reporting Provide key reports to management including highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) and providing early escalations Scrutinize documentary evidence in light with the required regulations Interact including meeting regulator on client and/or transaction specific casesInteract with the clients on various Request for Proposals (RFPs) and on an ongoing basis on service qualities including client meetingsLiaise with Compliance, Legal and Sales team for regular update on changing regulatory guidelines Work with Product in rolling out cash products including system and technology rollouts for clients

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

Bachelor's Degree with at least 12 years of work experience in Trade Finance or banking related rolesPossess strong knowledge of banking norms and regulations in general and Foreign Exchange Monetary Authority (FEMA) guidelines in specific Should have thorough knowledge of the regulations around the capital account transactions like Overseas Direct Investment, Foreign Direct Investment and External Commercial BorrowingShould have previous experience of handling team and clients including client meetings Excellent communication skills- verbal and written Excellent interpersonal and partnership skills

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

Master of Business Administration (MBA) is a plusChartered Accountant certification is beneficial
