Operations Finance Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to collect and analyze financial metrics. Each day, you will identify trends and problems and communicate information to relevant groups. You will also showcase your expertise by recommending actions to improve financial performance of the specific factory/manufacturing site.The work model for the role is: Onsite #LI-OnsiteThis role is contributing to the Electrification Smart Buildings division in Ramos Arizpe. You will be mainly accountable for:•\tPerforming analyses of business performance versus plan and proposing improvement actions.•\tBenchmarking of key performance indicators with industry competitors and similar sites within ABB.•\tPreparing financial modelling for various hypotheses and assessing impact to factory with special focus on product / business line profitability, product costing, production variances, over/under-absorption analysis / inventory analysis.•\tSupporting the preparation of the relevant organization financial reporting, business planning, budgeting, and forecasting and providing information to the management by gathering and summarizing data, preparing reports, and making presentations of findings, analyses, and recommendations.Our team dynamicsYou will join a high performing team, where you will be able to thrive.

Qualifications for the role

\tYou have 3-5 years of experience in financial statement analysis\tAbility to demonstrate knowledge of general accounting (expense accounts, budget, etc)\tYou have experience in Power BI, SAP and Excel.\tYou are easy to communicate in English in an intermediary-advanced level.\tYou have a Bachelor’s Degree completed.
