**Job Description** BAE Systems is seeking an Operations Finance Analyst with exceptional analytic skills to join our team. RESPONSBILITIES: + Develop estimates to complete (ETC), estimates at completion (EAC) and forecasts, using various analytical procedures. + Support CSR s (Contract Status Reviews), IBPP (Integrated Business Planning Process), FPR (Forward Pricing Rates) and Operating Budget. + Apply well-established accounting, finance, material estimates, theories, concepts, and practices to develop material financial position. + Maintain documented records supporting financial forecasts used to support CSR s, IBPP, Operating Budget, and FPR. + Develop spreadsheet analysis models and prepares briefings, which will be presented to functional and program managers, supply chain and program finance leadership. **Required Education, Experience, & Skills** + High School Diploma with 4 years of experience OR Bachelor Degree in Finance or Accounting or related field with industry knowledge + Knowledge of financial and cost estimating theory and practice + Proficient with MS Office Suite (Excel) with ability to create spreadsheets used for financial analysis + Proficient interpersonal skills in dealing with customers, auditors (internal and external), peers, functional managers, and program management + Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing + Ability to make decisions using sound judgment while complying with policies, procedures, appropriate principles and applicable state and federal laws and regulations **Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills** + Oracle + OBIEE + Experience with government contracts + Experience with inventory or materials **Pay Information** Full-Time Salary Range: $50268 - $85455 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
